İzdivaç programlarının kaldırılmasından sonra format değişikliğine giden kanallardan biri olan Star TV bu açığı kapatmak için suç ve suçluyu gizli kalan yönleriyle irdeleyerek ortaya çıkarmaya çalışan Balçiçek İlter İle Olay Yeri isimli bir program yayınlamaya karar vermişti. 
Star TV ekranlarından 4 Eylül tarihinden beri yayınlanan programı sunmak için ise Zuhal Topal ile astronomik ücretten dolayı anlaşma sağlanamamış yerine Balçiçek İlter ile anlaşmaya varılmıştı. Ancak program tutmadı. Evet program çok düşük reytingler almaya başlayınca kanal yönetimi düşünmeye başladı. Reytinglerde özet yayınlanan dizilerin bile altında kalan program izlenme oranlarında ilk yüze bile giremeyerek hayal kırıklığı yaşattı.
Star TV yöneticileri de bu durumu göz önüne alarak Balçiçek İlter İle Olay Yeri isimli programı sonlandırma kararı aldı. Yani program 25 Eylülde olmayacak. Programın yerine Adını Sen Koy dizisinin yayınlanacağı açıklanırken Net bir bilgiye sahip değiliz. Balçiçek’in programı ne yazık ki bu sınavdan başarı ile çıkamadı. Kendisine bundan sonraki programlarında başarılar dileriz….
Ancak bu duruma sevinenler de var. Adını Sen Koy izleyenleri programın yayından kaldırılıp o saatte Adını Sen Koy’un yayınlanacağını Mesut Yar daha önce açıklamıştı. Şimdi kanalın tavrı merak konusu.
